Group Wellness Programs

Stress Reduction Programs for groups: Gentle Yoga, lymphatic-friendly movement, meditation, and HeartMath techniques.

I help groups integrate sustainable stress reduction into daily life without adding overwhelm. Sessions are designed as general stress reduction and emotional regulation or a custom program can be created to suit needs/challenges. Program duration is flexible: one-time workshops or multiple weeks.

These programs are for any group who share a commitment to wellbeing, growth, and mutual support with the goal to reduce stress and build resilience—whether you’re a workplace team, non-profit, book club, sports team, community organization, or any other gathering. 

I bring over 20 years of yoga teaching experience (1000+ hours) to my stress reduction work, that began in Jasper and continuted in Edmonton, St. Albert, and Leduc, Alberta since 2004.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training through Joseph LePage’s Integrative Yoga Therapy program, which specializes in adapting yoga practices for healing and wellness. This training gave me a deep understanding of how breathwork, movement, and meditation work together to calm our busy minds—knowledge I now integrate into every session.

To further my practice, I completed an 8-week Energy Medicine Yoga workshop, earning 25 continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance. This training introduced me to energy-balancing practices that complement my HeartMath® and movement-based stress reduction work.
